The grand opening parade commenced at 3:30 p.m., marching from the Baybay City New City Hall to the Binaybayon Sports Complex in Hibunawan. Thirteen delegations proudly took part in the parade, showcasing their culture and identity alongside their respective local officials. The procession was further energized by the enthusiastic cheers and overwhelming support of spectators, guests, teachers, and supporters who lined the streets to witness the historic event.
