Baybay LGU, Land Transportation Office Offer Free Theoretical Driving Course on March 14–15

The Local Government Unit of the City of Baybay, in partnership with the Land Transportation Office – Baybay District, has announced the conduct of a Free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) scheduled on March 14–15, 2026. The announcement was posted today, February 18, 2026, on the official Facebook page of the City Information Office. The two-day training will be held at the Makeshift Building located at the back of Metro Retail Stores Group Inc. in Baybay City.

Interested participants are encouraged to register as soon as possible through the provided Google Form link, as the free TDC is limited to only 200 registrants. On March 14, attendees are required to bring a photocopy of their PSA-issued Birth Certificate or National ID, as well as their Tax Identification Number (TIN) card, if available. Since the first lesson will begin at 8:00 a.m. on the same day, participants are also advised to bring a notebook, ballpen, and their own snacks and lunch for the duration of the session.
