First on our list is Shakaz, a Hawaiian-inspired restaurant serving a fusion of Filipino and Indo-Pacific cuisines that is truly a must-try. It is located along Esquina Street, Zone 21, Baybay City, approximately 4 kilometers from the venue.
The restaurant features a two-storey setup, offering both a fully air-conditioned dining area and an open dining space. One of its highlights is the stunning view, especially during twilight, as it faces the Baybay sea.
Shakaz offers a wide variety of dishes, including appetizers, burgers, sizzlers, grills, vegetarian options, Filipino favorites, Filipino soups, rice bowls, and steaks. They also serve pizza, pasta, cakes, special desserts, shakes, smoothies, frappes, coffee, soft drinks, beers, and other thirst quenchers—all at very reasonable prices.
A good thing is that you can call ahead to reserve a table, especially after a long and tiring day. Surely, that exhaustion will fade once you enjoy their dishes while taking in the beautiful view of the city.

If you love tuna grills, DannMar Venue & Tuna Grill is highly recommended. It is located on Sitio Pandan, Barangay Bitanhuan, Baybay City, approximately 13 kilometers from the venue.
The restaurant is well-known in the city for its tuna-based dishes and seafood offerings such as sizzling tuna sisig, grilled tuna panga and belly, grilled pompano, ceviche, and many more.
Dining here allows you to enjoy your food while facing the sea, complemented by excellent customer service that surely completes the experience. A friendly reminder: with the expected influx of guests, it is best to book a reservation in advance to avoid inconvenience. Expect your phone storage to fill up quickly—the place is undeniably Instagrammable.

Third on our list is Dripwood Coffee House, situated in front of the old city plaza, near the Baybay Boulevard, and located at Baybay City Central Mall, Poblacion Zone 10, Baybay City. It is approximately 2 kilometers from the EVRAA venue.
This coffee house features a fully air-conditioned interior and an alfresco area in front of the building for guests who prefer outdoor seating. At night, scheduled live band performances add to the relaxed and cozy dining experience.
Dripwood offers coffee, non-coffee drinks, and cakes. Their breakfast menu is filling, and their food presentations are highly Instagrammable. They also serve lunch and dinner meals with a wide range of choices. If you are looking for a place to relax, this coffee house is definitely worth considering.

Fourth on our list is Mommy Ching’s Restaurant, located at the ground floor of L’Asuncion Hotel along R. Magsaysay and M. Moraza Streets, Baybay City. It is approximately 3 kilometers from the venue.
This fully air-conditioned restaurant offers excellent customer service, Wi-Fi connectivity, and a calm atmosphere—perfect for those who prefer a relaxing and less noisy dining space. It is ideal for family and group dining.

Last but certainly not least is the Pantalan Food Court, located at New Reclamation Area of Baybay City, around 4.7 kilometers from the Binaybayon Sports Complex.
This pride of Baybay City is known for offering the best chicken barbecue. The food court consists of several stalls serving different cuisines, but the most recommended by Baybayanons is the classic chicken barbecue paired with hanging rice, locally known as puso.
The best time to dine here is in the afternoon or during twilight, when you can enjoy your food while witnessing one of the city’s best views. While waiting for your orders, you may also stroll around and take in the scenery.
This is a must-visit dining spot. Missing this experience means you have not fully enjoyed your stay in the city. Just across the food court is the Baybay City New Plaza, where you can feel the fresh sea breeze and admire the breathtaking mountain views.
